Soo yeah I choose the worst pan as expected 🤦♀️🤦♀️but I guess it doesn’t matter that much like he said btw I still haven’t cooked it but I prepared everything and now watching this video I’m watching the video after preparing everything hehe😅 it’s not my fault this video came to me a little late actually it came to me at the perfect timing I still haven’t cooked the beef I’m making mashed potatoes while watching this cause our stoves are full so I guess it’s called fate and fate wanted my steak to be good that’s why this happened alhamdulillah 😊😊
One correction. There are olive oils with very high smoking point, and together with very low acidity, and they are much better than the others you mentioned
What temp were you cooking at?
Algae oil is the best to use now, it’s amazing with a super high smoke point. 550+F
I always wonder in every video about cooking with a pan they tell you to pre heat the pan, but they never tell you what heat level. I’m not a seasoned cook, but is there some magical heat level that I should know to heat up a pan to cook everything? I feel like no one ever says, “pre heat to med-hi,” or “turn it up to hi.” It seems like an important piece of information
