Thank you! I’ve watched countless videos and they all try to impress with how fast they can do this. I wasn’t even able to figure out which way to sharpen, against the blade or with the blade. I think I’ve wrecked a few knives in the past doing it the wrong way! Thanks.
I always thought the sharp edge would be the trailing edge. Seems intuitive to me me that way….
This is not sharpening. It is only straightening the edges after you sharpening the knife. You shou5 do that to your knives every once in a while to keep your knives sharp
This is honing, not sharpening.
