Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Stir until combined.

Add the cooked spaghetti and about ΒΌ cup of pasta water. Toss until the sauce coats the noodles, adding more pasta water a little at a time if needed.

Turn off the heat. Add the Parmesan and toss until it melts into the noodles. Mix in the scallions and serve.

  1. Man… absolutely *love* the recipe, but for accuracy’s sake I have to state that the ratio has shifted: Those became Noodle Garlics at this point πŸ«ΆπŸ˜‹

  2. Do I have to put the fish sauce in there. I cannot stand fish in the way it smells can I leave it out or substitute it for something else. πŸ€”πŸ˜”πŸ₯΄πŸ€’
