Thank you so much for this accessible knife information presentation. I’m on the fence about investing in individual knives vs a decent block set. Very reassuring info regarding using a smaller knife as my primary. I’m only 5’3” and tend to use my 6” vs a standard 8” . I’ve felt inadequate that I’m uncomfortable with the larger blade. 😂 (I also prefer using a metal cutting board bc they are so sanitary. I always use a grip mat, generally sharpen my current cheap IKEA knives every Friday and don’t care about the noise. I do care about bacteria and plastic particles in my food. 😮) Thanks for the video👍. Much appreciated!❤❤❤
