My 83 year old mother would like to give you some coffee grinder hacks! 😂😂
Love homemade peanut butter. You can control the salt and no nasty palm oil.
Oh wow. I now realized I have more than one reason I don’t use my big food processor much anymore. The first reason is that I just don’t make big enough batches of many things. It has become my slicer/shredder for big jobs. I got a mini for things like hummus. But I am using my insanely expensive Vitamix (a gift from a man who loves me more than I deserve.) Bread crumbs and a whole bunch of other things have been switched over to that.
I learned the hard way. That isn’t powdered sugar. It is superfine sugar which is also awesome. Commercial powdered sugar has cornstarch in it.
The grind size of the coffee is very important. Fine grinds are for espresso. A bit more coarse for drip coffee. If it’s too coursely ground the flavor of the coffee may not be what you expect. Invest in a burr grinder where you can select the grind size. It’s well worth it.
