  1. Very helpful videos! Here is a question — how do I get my bread out of the banneton
basket and into the Dutch oven without ruining the shape?

  2. Thank you, this is exactly what I am looking for, Grant! I’ve been making my own SD for a few years but now have such bad neck and shoulder issues (not from baking😅) that I need surgery. The pain prevents me from doing the hand mixing and stretch/folds as before. I’m going to make this today! You are my hero!

  3. If the sourdough hasn’t finished bulk fermentation by the time you go to bed and put it in the fridge. In the morning it seems like it’s finished do I shape it and put it in the oven while cold?

  4. Instead of putting the sour dough into a cold oven at 500 degrees can I use a hot oven at 450 degrees ? I appreciate your time and patience . Thanks for your help as this is my first sour dough baking.
