This looks so wonderful. We are trying to copycat the Kroger’s braised beef, named, “Home Chef Heat And Eat Sunday Braised Beef with Mashed Potatoes”. Because it has went up in price, and they never have it in stock. So, we are gonna learn how to braise the beef ourselves and not pay what they want to charge. Thank you, Nicole.
I made this last Sunday for my husband and mother-in-law. My husband is not a fan of roast beef (or any traditional Sunday dinner food). We all really enjoyed this—so much so that I am making it again today. I did not use mushrooms because neither my husband nor I like them. I did add parsnip to the veggies and they were delicious. 10/10
